ProSidian Seeks a Senior Level Finance Manager | Finance Manager [COC0045044] for Program Support on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent located CONUS - Charlotte, NC Across The Mid Atlantic Region supporting strategic delivery of Government and Public Services Sector Human Capital Solutions through Temporary Help Services and Recruiting/Staff Augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC). Seeking Senior Level Finance Manager candidates with relevant Government And Public Services Sector Experience to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as COC. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Finance Manager Functional Area Professional - Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. JOB OVERVIEW Provide services and support as a Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services (Senior Level Finance Manager) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA). Generally Located In CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World). RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Oversee all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting. Provide strategic financial advice to executives. Ensure compliance with financial regulations. Qualifications 10+ years in finance with leadership experience. Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; CPA or MBA preferred. Skills Required Leadership, financial strategy, regulatory compliance.
