Full-Time Job Overview Seeking a detail-oriented
Legal Analyst
to support legal and risk management functions. This hybrid role involves working closely with internal teams and external counsel to manage legal claims, investigate complaints, respond to legal demands, and assist with contracts and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Investigate and respond to demand letters, small claims, attorney general complaints, and product safety issues. Support litigation, subpoenas, and document production. Manage contract processes, NDAs, and lifecycle tracking. Monitor product injury and safety claims, and coordinate with internal teams. Advise on legal holds, regulatory compliance, and litigation strategy. Assist in customer complaint investigations and resolution. Support company compliance with consumer product safety regulations. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in legal analysis, paralegal work, or claims investigations. Strong written communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days remote. Standard Monday–Friday hours, occasional off-hours as needed. No travel expected.
