Lighting Auditor
to join the
FSG - Dallas
team. Job Description
As a
Lighting Auditor , you will oversee multiple projects, ensuring completion on time and within scope. Effective communication of audit results and progress to both internal and external customers is essential. We seek candidates with lighting industry experience who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Responsibilities
Walk buildings or campuses to gather data on existing lighting systems. Create take-offs of lighting fixtures, emergency fixtures, and lighting controls. Read and verify lighting specifications against layout and application drawings. Provide accurate and timely audits to team members. Collaborate with management and sales on proposals. Enhance overall project performance. Identify and communicate inconsistencies in specifications and drawings. Minimize lighting changes on projects. Travel throughout the territory for on-site audits. Maintain professionalism and ethics at all times. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required. Minimum of 5 years of estimating experience. Valid Driver's License. Ability to travel within the sales territory. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Organizational and multitasking skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer service skills. Experience in lighting and electrical is a plus. Benefits
