This position is a hybrid role based out of our Los Angeles offices.

You are a valuation and appraisal professional with a passion for data analysis, market research, and managing projects from start to finish. As a Senior Valuation Specialist, you will be responsible for applying valuation principles across various property types within the commercial real estate industry.
In this role, you will...
Perform valuation and appraisal assignments for corporate clients, REITs, pension funds, funds, lenders, etc., including financial reporting, purchase accounting, NAV, and tax.
Collaborate with team members across geographies to deliver excellent client service.
Gather data through direct client interactions, including interviews with brokers and property managers.
Review industry surveys, benchmarks, and economic trends.
Present analysis results clearly and effectively.
What you'll bring
5-7 years of relevant experience.
Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Bachelor's Degree.
CRE experience/background.
Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Salary Range: Commission-based. Salary is determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and education.
