As a member of the Meta FinTech Compliance (MFTC) Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Models & Rules Team, you will drive efforts related to designing, developing, validating, and maintaining automated controls (Models, Rules, Triggers) to effectively mitigate inherent AML risks across Meta’s Family of Apps and payments products. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Legal, Product, Integrity, and other Compliance functions. You will leverage Meta’s resources to create innovative, scalable, and effective AML technical solutions, along with supporting processes and governance to align with regulatory obligations across AML/CTF laws. Drive the end-to-end automated control delivery process to include design, development, validation, implementation, ongoing monitoring, and ongoing maintenance Enable new product launches and AML coverage expansion by: identifying inherent AML risks, deriving Business and Technical Requirements to mitigate risks, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to complete the end-to-end automated control delivery process Support and improve existing automated AML controls by addressing new patterns and risks, proposing changes to enhance control effectiveness and efficiency, and executing threshold tuning based on statistical analysis and testing Proactively monitor trends across the AML control suite to identify and propose mitigations Collaborate with Compliance Governance and Issues Management to ensure automated controls stay compliant with policies, procedures, and processes Create and maintain documentation explaining how each AML control was designed, validated, implemented, and maintained Interface with and lead interactions with examiners, regulators, auditors, and other third parties Brief leadership on high-priority initiatives by summarizing impact, current status, and planned actions Stay up to date with AML regulations and risks and propose controls enhancements Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of experience in AML program and automated control development, expansion, and maintenance at a Financial Institution, FinTech, MSB, or Consulting Firm Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree/certification (MS/MA/CAMS/CFE) or equivalent practical experience Expertise in SQL/Python and handling large-scale datasets to develop and assess automated AML controls Practical experience with machine learning in AML technology Strong understanding of AML landscape, risks, and requirements related to AML technology Experience leading cross-functional projects to completion Analytical thinking and documentation skills Problem solving and communication skills Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment About Meta
