$80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Addison Group is representing an expanding transportation services company with the recruitment of a
Staff Accountant
to join its growing finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly environment supporting a business that plays a critical role in transportation solutions. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of financial information, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close activities, reporting, accounts payable/receivable, billing, and general ledger accuracy. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This will report to the Assistant Controller. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Strong knowledge of accrual accounting. Proficiency with accounting software and Excel. Excellent organizational and communication skills. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of accounting functions. Our client offers: $80,000 to $85,000 base salary range dependent on experience. Medical, dental, vision 401K match, PTO, and paid holidays. Paid parking. 100% in-office position. Seniority level
