We are seeking a midlevel associate for our Real Estate & Land Use practice in the Phoenix, San Francisco, or Chicago offices. A minimum of 3 years of relevant transactional real estate experience is required. The successful candidate will have an excellent law school academic record, superior legal writing and drafting skills, and an enthusiasm for the practice of real estate law. The candidate should demonstrate attention to detail, a strong work ethic, commitment to client service, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Responsibilities
Support the Real Estate & Land Use practice in acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, construction & development, financing, and real estate investment across a wide variety of property types and industry sectors. Handle matters at both a local and national level within an Am Law 50 firm environment, contributing to a highly supportive team-based culture. Collaborate with colleagues to manage sophisticated real estate transactions and provide high-quality service to clients. Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of relevant transactional real estate experience. Excellent law school academic record. Superior legal writing and drafting skills. Enthusiasm for the practice of real estate law. Attention to detail, strong work ethic, commitment to client service, and ability to work well in a team environment. Application Process

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid holidays, and family care benefits.
