You will be part of our account-centric growth strategy focusing on issue-based and competency-driven client needs. Your Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent client service and support your teams in activities such as managing multiple client teams, leading IT internal audit engagements, external audit integration, or SOC reporting. Assist with business development activities across financial services sectors and build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor. Skills and Attributes for Success
Provide guidance and knowledge, participate in procedures focusing on complex, judgmental, and/or specialized issues. Work with the team/client to create plans for engagement objectives, ensuring strategy complies with professional standards and addresses inherent risks. Brief the team on the client’s IT environment and industry IT trends. Maintain relationships with client management, manage expectations around work products, timing, and deliverables. Demonstrate understanding of complex information systems and the client’s business/industry. Demonstrate strong project management, teamwork, leadership, and client service skills; use current technology/tools to enhance deliverables. To qualify for the role you must have
A bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with about 4 years of related work experience A degree in business, accounting, finance, computer science, information systems, or a related discipline Approximately 5 years of IT auditor or IT risk advisory experience in professional services or financial services Experience leading IT internal/ external audit engagements and SOC reporting; ability to support business development within financial services Experience with internal audit risk assessments, SOX/internal controls, SOC reporting, and related tools in financial services Strong project management and communication skills Excellent leadership, teamwork and client service abilities Willingness to travel to meet client obligations Ideally, you’ll also have
Certifications such as CA, CGEIT, CIA, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CMA, CPA, CRISC; non-certified hires should become certified within 1 year of hire. Other relevant certifications may be acceptable with EY leadership consent. What we look for
