$150,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr Director of Accounting – Hybrid | Montebello, CA We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Director of Accounting
to lead our accounting operations for a multi-entity organization in the healthcare sector. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a proven track record of managing accounting teams, and can ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. What You’ll Do: Oversee all aspects of the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements. Lead, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff to drive productivity and accountability. Manage general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and compliance with GAAP. Provide key documentation for audits, reviews, and tax engagements. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in accounting (Skilled Nursing industry preferred). Experience working with
multiple entities (20+) . Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with Great Plains, Point Click Care, UKG, DSSI, or NetSuite is a plus. Compensation:
$140K–$175K + potential bonus Schedule:
