Overview
CACI is seeking an EW/SIGINT Threat Analyst to support the U.S. Army at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. You will be part of an integrated team to maintain effectiveness in defeating worldwide electronic warfare and signals threats, supporting the ARAT Program Office.
Responsibilities
Support development software reprogramming requirements for the AN/APR-39 and AN/APR-48 Radar Signal Detection Systems on Army aviation platforms (e.g., UH-60 Blackhawk, AH-64 Apache).
Analyze the Order of Battle (OB) to extract weapon system and emitter information and create a prioritized threat list for MDS software reprogramming.
Develop MDS reprogramming and simulation requirements as a Threat Analysis Specification (TAS) to address emerging threats.
Review test results against developmental MDS programming to confirm threat detection requirements; conduct Verification and Validation prior to field release.
Develop Aviator Product documentation for aircrew (Kneeboard Cards and Pertinent Notes).
Analyze new threats to aviators and write System Impact Messages detailing threat indications relevant to ASE.
Perform independent reviews of intelligence briefings and related reports.
The primary focus is to provide support to the Threat Analysis (TA) Branch within ARAT-PO, supporting the development of Mission Data Set (MDS) software and providing intelligence data for Aircraft Survivability Equipment and Electronic Warfare systems.
Qualifications Required:
An active DoD SECRET clearance (TS/SCI preferred). Bachelor’s degree preferred. ≥3 years relevant experience. Strong written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to independently research threats and intelligence data.
Desired:
Prior military experience in Electronic Warfare, knowledge of EWIR, CED, ELINT, AFTTP. Experience with EW systems such as AN/APR-39 and AN/APR-48. Ability to learn new technical information quickly. Strong time management and adaptability.
