Summer Analyst Program
The AH Summer Analyst Program is a valuable opportunity for high achieving students in finance, accounting or related fields to gain exposure to the investment banking industry. The Summer Analysts will work closely with the junior team including Analysts and Associates to gain exposure to the M&A process, from pitching and deal marketing to negotiation and due diligence. The Summer Analysts will learn from a senior leadership team who have diverse experience owning, operating and financing middle-market businesses.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Conducting industry research with various databases Analyzing corporate financial statements and forecasts Assisting in the development of deal marketing materials including Teasers and Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) Tracking deal progress and managing firm contacts through an internal CRM Supporting the firm’s business development initiatives Participating in meetings with C-Suite executives and investment professionals representing a variety of industries Ideal Candidate Characteristics
Interest in understanding a variety of industries including manufacturing, business services, healthcare, technology, and others Strong team player mentality Ability to conduct research and synthesize findings Basic understanding of the three financial statements Exhibit discretion regarding sensitive and confidential information Work well in teams and have a positive, entrepreneurial attitude Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word Demonstrated academic excellence in a major related to finance, accounting or economics Expected graduation in 2027 Please apply with your resume that includes your expected graduation month and year.
