Senior Recruiting Manager @ KBW | Executive Search Expert KBW has partnered with a large, sophisticated manufacturer in their search for a Corporate Controller. This is an exciting role where you will design and create the accounting infrastructure for a developing company.

Overview Responsibilities

Implement accounting solutions for a developing company

Build and lead an accounting team to cover all operational needs

Design domestic and international reporting

Manage all aspects of accounting operations

Evaluate and provide guidance on technical accounting questions

Provide financial statements, reporting and respond to ad hoc requirements

Work with external entities providing audit and tax services

Develop internal controls to mitigate risk

Requirements

Bachelor’s in accounting, finance or business, CPA and/or MBA required

More than 10 years accounting experience with leadership

Previous exposure to multi national accounting

Strong systems skills

Compensation: Up to $220,000 plus bonus and strong benefits package
