The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Accounting Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our corporate accounting function. This role will ensure compliance with accounting standards, manage monthly/quarterly/annual close processes, and support financial reporting and audits. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of GAAP and internal controls. Responsibilities
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes ensuring timely and accurate reporting Oversee general ledger functions and ensure accuracy of journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals Review and approve account reconciliations and supporting documentation Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and corporate accounting policies Manage a team of accountants; provide mentorship, performance feedback, and training Coordinate with internal and external auditors for annual audits and other financial reviews Develop and implement efficient accounting processes and internal controls Assist in preparing consolidated financial statements and management reports Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities Partner with other departments (e.g., FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal) to support business initiatives Competencies

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting (CPA or MBA preferred) 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Target Compensation
$115,000 - $125,000 Annual Salary Additional Information
