The Treasury Manager will be an integral part of expanding a best-in-class Treasury department with a focus on cash forecasting, bank fees, deposit coverage, risk management, management reporting, SOX controls, and strategic projects. This role involves daily cash management oversight, cash forecasting, modeling, and treasury cash functions. You will evaluate and improve processes and work on new initiatives and integrations. The successful candidate should be comfortable balancing multiple priorities with potential for management advancement. The Treasury department offers a fast-moving, team-focused, dynamic environment with opportunities to develop financial, analytical, and treasury skills as you support Zelis Payments Division. What You’ll Do

Work with Treasury Operations and FP&A to oversee and forecast product volume and cash balances. Daily payment activity exceeds $250 million. Responsible for service revenue forecasting including annual plan and quarterly reforecasting. Support management of custodial banking structure. Establish cash forecasting goals and KPIs. Develop policies, procedures, and controls related to cash activities to comply with internal and external auditing standards. Collaborate with Treasury Operations, Accounting, FP&A, and Payments Compliance to build strong cross-functional relationships. Manage quarterly forecasts, annual plan, and long-range planning for service revenue and banking fees. Conduct bank fee analysis, metrics reporting, and product costing. Handle bank compliance reporting and monitoring of deliverables. Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies across the company. Support development and maintenance of financial institutional relationships. Drive best-in-class financial processes and controls to conform to SOX compliance. Provide supporting documentation for treasury-related accounting accruals, audits, and special requests. Performs other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring to Zelis

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred). Master’s degree (a plus). Certified Treasury Professional certification preferred. 3-5 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Accounting with strong cash forecasting and treasury operations experience; banking operations knowledge helpful. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Intermediate knowledge of bank account structures, services, and pricing. Good forecasting and presentation skills. Team player with ability to work across departments, lead projects, and build relationships. Strong analytical and mathematical skills with critical thinking. Hands-on and self-directed. Experience cultivating internal and external relationships and influencing to meet objectives. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. Experience managing staff and nurturing talent. Strong MS Excel skills (Pivots, VLookup, etc.).
