Specialist, Oracle Financials
to join our Managed Services practice.
Responsibilities
Provide Level 2/3 application support to KPMG clients and users of cloud-based enterprise applications Execute the day-to-day maintenance activities of cloud-based enterprise applications for a variety of clients including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews Identify, document, and manage client business / functional requirements; assess client requirements and build product specific functional specifications Drive efficiency by continuously improving business process and task automation Collaborate with diverse onshore/offshore teammates on the software development process and agile methodologies Attend and participate in client-facing meetings, workshops and presentations of key solution design, technology architecture concepts and demonstrations to client stakeholders; work as part of a team to implement solutions in an Agile-SCRUM framework by writing epics and user stories Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG\'s respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications
Minimum one year of recent experience in post-production, managed services support or consulting experience working directly with internal/external clients; experience with Oracle modules: General Ledger, Accounting Hub, Accounts Payable; preferred but not required: Projects, Lease Accounting Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in the fields of management information systems, finance, supply chain, general business, or a related discipline Experience with upgrades and functional testing, strong understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM and service desk management Strong functional knowledge of standard processes and configurations across cloud applications; strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and written and oral communications skills and the ability to articulate ideas effectively; excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Capacity to scale projects from small to large, with capability to work closely with a mixed team including project managers, technical consultants (both on and offshore) and clients to deploy and operate technology solutions, including the ability to identify a problem and enact a multi-step approach to research the cause and resolve Ability to travel as necessary (up to 25%) Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity
