We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Principal Consultant to lead strategic Oracle EPM FCCS implementations across North America. In this role, you will specialize in Financial Close (FCC) and Account Reconciliations (ARCS), working with clients to streamline their processes through smart, scalable, and integrated cloud solutions. We are looking for a dynamic, solutions-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a sharp analytical mindset, capable of translating business needs into robust and scalable Oracle EPM solutions. This role offers the opportunity to shape project outcomes, drive transformation, and contribute to the growth and evolution of our EPM consulting methodology. Responsibilities
Solution Implementation:
Design and configure Oracle EPM applications such as FCCS, and ARCS to meet client requirements. Develop and maintain financial models, business rules, and calculations to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. Conduct data integrations using EPM Automate, Data Management, and FDMEE to ensure accurate data flow. Lead workshops with client stakeholders to gather requirements, define project goals, and outline solution designs. Deliver training sessions and documentation to ensure clients are equipped to manage their Oracle EPM environment effectively. Testing and Deployment:
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate solution functionality and data accuracy. Support go-live activities, ensuring smooth system deployment and minimal disruption to business processes. Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements within client financial processes. Provide expert guidance on best practices for EPM configurations and reporting strategies. Support and Maintenance:
Offer post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and recommending system enhancements. Technical Expertise:
Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EPM tools, including ARC, NR, PCM. Hyperion Suite:
Experience in Hyperion Planning, HFM, and Essbase. Data Integration Tools:
Skilled in EPM Automate, Integration Agent, and FDMEE for data mapping and automation. Reporting Tools:
Proficiency in Smart View, Narrative Reporting, and Financial Reporting Studio. Automation & Scripting:
Knowledge of Groovy scripting, REST API, and SQL for extending EPM functionality. Seniority level
