What You’ll Do
Represent clients in hearings, trials, and negotiations across Virginia courts
Work is remote with appearances in courthouses and jails (we do have an office available with most of the team working remotely)
Draft and file motions, pleadings, and legal documents
Conduct consultations with potential clients and convert them into retained clients
Communicate with clients, prosecutors, and courts
Work with paralegal and legal assistant support to keep cases moving efficiently
What We’re Looking For
Licensed to practice law in Virginia (required)
Strong courtroom confidence and advocacy skills
Excellent writing, organization, and time management
Comfortable with client consultations and revenue responsibility
Willingness to travel for court appearances
1–3 years’ experience preferred, but motivated new grads considered
Bilingual is a huge plus
