Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. Per policy on hybrid/virtual work, candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) will not be considered for employment, unless an accommodation is granted as required by law. The Account Service Coordinator is responsible for providing advanced customer service representation for accounts. How you will make an impact
Interprets and supports plan benefit design. Resolves complex claims, benefit, and enrollment issues. Makes routine account visits. Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions; and on-site facility visits. Minimum Requirements
Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationship; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Sales license may be required. Preferred Capabilities, Experience and Skills
Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary. Experience with national accounts preferred. Experience in a client facing role preferred. Compensation and Benefits
For candidates working in person or virtually in the locations listed, the salary range for this specific position is $52,440 to $91,080. Locations: Illinois, Minnesota In addition to salary, Elevance Health offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contributions (all benefits are subject to eligibility). The salary offered is based on legitimate, non-discriminatory factors set by the Company.
