Your main responsibilities
PRIMARY FUNCTION / POSITION OVERVIEW: As a key member of the CFO leadership team, the Director assumes a strategic role for the NI & Supply Chain operations driving a $2.4B revenue and $316M MR operation. Responsible for closing analysis by cost centers/areas, by branches by the businesses/product lines and by single orders (NI & Supply Chain jobs) and coordinates, with the operations, actions in case of deviations. Lead the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting, and/or payroll. Provide Leadership guidance and support to NI, and Supply Chain Controller. Support CFO in driving business efficiency and profitability in the Business Controlling Area. Work closely with NI and Supply Chain leadership teams in setting the yearly targets and driving the profitability and efficiency in these areas. Lead the Budgeting process for NI Product Line and Supply Chain. Lead and drive NI Product Line budgeting and costing for SEC. Analyze deviations from job pre-calculation (NI & Supply Chain), communicate, coordinate, and ensure actions are taken by the functional areas. Identify causes of deviations and communicate to the relevant business leaders. Supervises and participates in the preparation of various financial statements and reports. What you bring
Bachelor's degree required. Finance or Finance Management Major preferred. Master's degree preferred. Functional/Technical Expertise. 10-15 years of leadership experience in Finance. What’s in it for you?
