New York, NY The Business Analyst supports the Program Manager and the team in gathering tech and business requirements, improving operational processes, guiding the development team, and supporting local front office users on any query related to the local Salesforce platform. The BA helps deliver high-end products and ensures documentation is detailed and well prepared. You will interact with a variety of stakeholders, from IT developers and tech experts to compliance and risk officers, with each day bringing new challenges. This role enables the digital environment that helps colleagues share knowledge and expertise in the business. Deutsche Bank is investing heavily in technology, which means we are investing in you.

What You’ll Do

Scope the system: Collaborate with the Program Manager and team to ensure appropriate granularity of requirements specification at epic/story level.

Translate business needs: Create models, diagrams, presentations, and designs; configure solutions within the Salesforce platform (workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom objects) to meet business objectives.

Validate requirements, UAT Testing & User Training (if required): Validate end-to-end requirements via reviews, walkthroughs, and demos. Write and conduct UAT test cases and train stakeholders if required.

Liaise & Communicate: Act as a key liaison between business users, product teams, and technical developers to align on goals and implementation.

Document: Create user stories, functional specifications, and process models (AS-IS and TO-BE) to guide development and implementation.

Monitor: Proactively identify risks or issues affecting squad health.

Skills You’ll Need

Demonstrated experience with complex Salesforce-based CRM solutions, ideally in banking. Salesforce certification is highly desirable.

Experience with the Bank’s internal processes around compliance, legal, BISO/TISO, DPO stakeholders.

Experience designing and documenting requirements in agile teams.

Knowledge of agile methods (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira or Confluence).

Experience working in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

Salary:

The salary range for this position in New York City is $85,000 to $140,000. Actual salaries may be based on factors including skill set, experience, education, work location, and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or other remuneration.
