Full Service Firm looking for Estate Planning Attorney Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr We are a full-service law firm with offices in Oregon and Washington. This position is permanent and full-time, focusing on estate planning, trusts, wills, probate, and related matters. A minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning and trusts is required.

Responsibilities
Advise and assist clients in estate planning, including drafting and implementing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning tools.
Provide guidance on establishment and administration of revocable and irrevocable trusts.
Review and analyze client data to develop strategic estate planning solutions.
Prepare and review legal documents, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
Represent clients in probate and trust administration proceedings.
Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals for a comprehensive approach.
Stay current with developments in estate planning and trust laws and regulations.
Provide exceptional client service with confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
At least 3 years of experience as an Estate Planning Attorney with a focus on Trusts
Current license to practice law in the applicable state
Strong understanding of estate planning, trust, and probate law
Proficiency in drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and estate plans
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to handle complex legal issues
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
Highest ethical and professional standards, with confidentiality and discretion
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in legal research tools and software
