Develop and implement regional strategies for program-specific fundraising campaigns Establish and steward community partnerships to drive mission impact and opportunities for clients to engage in the community. Grow regional supporter base: individuals, corporations, foundations, and civic organizations Responsible for the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of gifts supporting organizational priorities in the range of $5,000 - $100,000+. Lead corporate solicitations for Quest’s signature fundraising event in Tampa Forge positive, effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and provide support for board recruitment in Tampa region. Work collaboratively with other philanthropy team members on grants, volunteers, annual giving, and special events. Collaborate with Sr. Director of Philanthropy Orlando region to ensure shared fundraising best practices and opportunities. Work with VP of Philanthropy to ensure long term performance and strength of Quest’s resource development efforts. Utilize the Chambers of Commerce membership and/or other community organizations in an effort to spread brand awareness about Quest and the Quest mission. Stay knowledgeable about philanthropic trends in the community to understand and determine how those trends may impact fundraising goals. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Liberal Arts, Non-Profit Administration or similar field required. A minimum of 6 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising and development, with a track record of securing individual gifts, donor database management, and cultivating donor and partner relationships. Demonstrated experience in managing and directing successful, complex, large-scale fundraising events. Proficiency with Microsoft Office required. Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE) designation a plus. Experience with Bloomerang CRM or other constituent/donor management software such as, Blackbaud NXT, Raiser’s Edge, Donor Perfect, etc., (preferred). Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans
