Contract Total Rewards Specialist
Our client is looking for a skilled
Total Rewards Specialist
to join our team on a
short-term contract basis . This role will support compensation, benefits, wellness, and HRIS functions across multiple sites. You\'ll play a key part in benefits administration, data accuracy, and employee support during a critical time for the team.
What You’ll Do:
Support open enrollment, wellness events, and merit/incentive cycles
Maintain and update HRIS data (UKG preferred)
Assist with job evaluations and salary benchmarking
Respond to employee inquiries related to Total Rewards and HRIS
What You Bring:
4+ years of relevant experience in benefits or total rewards
Strong understanding of compliance (ERISA, HIPAA, etc.)
Experience working with HRIS systems; UKG a plus
Proficiency in Excel and data management
Detail-oriented and responsive with strong problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
Bachelor\'s degree or HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)
Experience with wellness initiatives or manufacturing environments
Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/French
