Construction Defect Attorney

to join their team on a direct-hire basis. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex civil litigation matters with a focus on construction defect cases. $90,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of construction defect litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation. Represent developers, general contractors, and subcontractors in construction defect claims. Collaborate with experts, consultants, and other attorneys to develop case strategy. Attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations. Maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic legal counsel. Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Colorado. Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in construction defect. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
