Conducts advanced analyses of grants management program needs. Oversees grant personnel assignments and strategically allocates resources to implement complex program strategies and activities. Oversees the review and tracking process for the department’s grants and contracts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance prior to submission for the Board of Supervisors Meeting. Manages and evaluates the Department’s requests for changes to Personnel Services Budget PCN forms for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with departmental objectives. executes and oversees FFATA reporting on the Department’s grants to enhance transparency and accountability. Develops and delivers AMS Grants Lifecycle Management training modules to enhance grant management capabilities. Acts as a senior liaison between the Government and awardee organizations, negotiating, resolving issues, and fostering strategic relationships to support program objectives. Essential Functions

Oversee review and tracking of Grants and Contracts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance prior to Board submission. Manage and evaluate changes to the Department’s budget forms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with objectives. Ensure FFATA reporting and other compliance measures are met. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in accounting, finance, economics, public or business administration, or related field as determined by the Appointing Authority at recruitment, and three (3) years of professional-level experience in grants management, financial analysis, budget management, or related fields. Or five (5) years of professional-level experience with Pima County in grants administration, financial reconciliation, budget management, or contracts administration.
