Senior Procurement Manager

to lead and optimize procurement and supply chain operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills, vendor management expertise, and a proven track record in driving cost efficiencies while ensuring uninterrupted material and service availability. Develop and implement strategic sourcing and procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and operational requirements. Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier relationship management. Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials, equipment, and services, adhering to company policies and safety standards. Lead supply chain planning, forecasting, inventory control, and logistics operations to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance. Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and initiate corrective actions where necessary. Collaborate with engineering, production, and finance departments to align procurement activities with operational needs and budgets. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices. Utilize GSAP and SAP systems for procurement planning, tracking, reporting, and vendor management. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies within the supply chain. Lead and mentor a team of procurement and supply chain professionals, fostering continuous improvement and professional development. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, specifically within the chemicals or oil/gas industries. Minimum five years of leadership experience. Proven experience in utilizing GSAP and SAP for procurement and logistics functions. Strong knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and contract management. Demonstrated experience in strategic sourcing, vendor negotiation, and cost reduction initiatives. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Leadership experience with the ability to build, lead, and motivate cross-functional teams. Preferred Certifications

Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) – APICS Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) – ISM Seniority level
