Leads client management activities with clients and prospective clients. Develops and executes a relationship management plan to acquire and retain clients. Accountable for ongoing exceptional client experience and for managing a book of business. May assist in developing team members. Coordinates with the team to determine action plans through discovery of client needs to deliver an exceptional client experience. Reviews needs assessments with clients to determine changes. Demonstrates knowledge of business segment capabilities and offerings. Delivers proactive and responsive service to meet client goals and holds the team accountable for deliverables. Grows the book of business through client expansion and new client acquisition. Develops and executes strategies for sourcing new relationships. Maintains communication with existing clients to ensure expansion opportunities are captured. Expands external network for business development. Manages risk through appropriate client selection and ensures service delivery aligns with fees. Collaborates with risk partners to escalate client concerns and bring about quick resolution. Makes business-appropriate introductions with knowledge of partner offerings and follows up after introductions. Maintains timely, accurate sales/client relationship management administration tasks. Executes team processes (pre-call planning, post-call debriefs, relationship reviews). May train, coach, or mentor other team members. May participate in special projects to strengthen the business. Qualifications
Successful candidates must demonstrate relevant knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role. Education and experience details include: Education: Bachelor’s degree required; higher-level education (Masters, PhD) or certifications desirable. Industry-relevant experience typically 8+ years. Certifications/Licenses: No specific required certifications or licenses listed. Preferred Skills: Book Of Business, Client Relationship Building, Customer Engagement, Decision Making, Financial Analysis, Identifying Sales Opportunities. Base Salary: $96,000.00 – $300,000.00. Salaries may vary by location, market data, and individual skills/experience/education. This role is incentive eligible based on company/individual performance.
