Drive profitable revenue growth through product development initiatives and lifecycle management Conduct market assessments, competitive analysis, and customer insights gathering Develop product line strategies and define global positioning for commercial success Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle process, including product introductions and analysis Analyze sales trends and communicate updates to end customers and stakeholders Qualifications
Four (4) year degree in business or engineering field Minimum of 5+ years of business experience, with at least 4 years in a product management role Experience in product management of industrial hard goods (B2B) and phased-gate product development Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to travel 10-20% of the time Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in the fire protection or infrastructure-related industry Prior experience in commercial kitchen appliance design and operation or corporate restaurant management MBA is a plus Proven ability to drive results in ambiguous organizational environments About the company
