As a Staff Inbound PM - Gen AI Platform and AI Agents , you will be part of the product team focused on creating solutions that give ServiceNow a competitive edge in platform and AI technologies. You will lead initiatives in the emerging AI space of AI Agents. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned, highly skilled, motivated individual with experience in a technical product capacity or traditional product management, with a keen interest in AI and innovation. Expertise with AI products, the ServiceNow platform, and translating complex requirements into functional solutions are critical for success in this role. What you will do: Strategic Planning:
Guide roadmap development and feature prioritization for the AI Agent Platform, aligning with business and user needs. Innovation & Insight:
Stay current with emerging trends in AI and platform technologies. Provide research-based recommendations to product leadership. Solution Development:
Design and prototype technical solutions using various AI frameworks. Collaborative Execution:
Work with engineering, design, and AI research teams to develop and launch proof-of-concept solutions. Communication & Iteration:
Present PoC solutions to stakeholders, gather feedback, and iterate for improvement. Customer Engagement:
Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and co-create solutions, focusing on agentic systems. Measurement & Learning:
Define success metrics, track outcomes, and use insights to inform future development. Qualifications: Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving, including AI-powered tools and automation. Product Management:
8+ years in product management within Agile environments, with skills in roadmaps, feature breakdowns, and feasibility analysis. Platform Knowledge:
Deep understanding of ServiceNows capabilities and modules. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Agile and ServiceNow development; familiarity with Large Language Models and AI is a plus. Collaboration & Communication:
Proven ability to work across teams and communicate technical concepts effectively. Analytical & Creative Problem Solving:
Data-informed, innovative approach to challenges. Continuous Learning:
Passion for innovation and working in evolving environments. Compensation for this role ranges from $147,300 to $257,800, plus benefits, equity, and incentives, depending on location and experience.
