About the Role At Verkada, we push traditional boundaries in Growth. As an

Enterprise Growth Manager , you’ll be part of a high-performing team with backgrounds spanning Stanford, Princeton, MIT, investment banking, corporate strategy, and high-growth startups. You will lead pipeline generation and acquisition strategy for Verkada’s core product suite within Fortune 500 companies. You’ll build and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs and work closely with sales leadership to shape and scale our go-to-market strategy. This is a highly visible, high-autonomy role that offers the opportunity to directly influence Verkada’s growth in one of our most strategic verticals. This role will report into our Growth Lead.

What You'll Do

Pipeline Generation & Strategy:

Develop and execute strategies that drive pipeline growth through ABM for Fortune 500 companies. You will manage a large set of strategically important accounts and own the budget and overall strategy to help our sales team win these logos.

Scalable Infrastructure:

Design and manage a scalable, repeatable framework for automated ABM campaigns. Ensure seamless execution across multiple marketing channels to maximize impact and performance.

Audience & Data Strategy:

Own the data strategy for audience segmentation, intent signal identification, and optimization of demand capture programs. Leverage data to create highly targeted marketing efforts that drive engagement and conversions.

Campaign Execution & Optimization:

Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns—from planning to execution to performance analysis. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns, running experiments to improve outcomes and reporting key metrics.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

Work with internal teams across data science, MDRs, marketing operations, product marketing, and sales to ensure campaign success. Align on priorities and share insights to refine strategies.

Performance Monitoring & Insights:

Track and analyze key campaign metrics. Regularly communicate insights to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring

At least 4-6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally focusing on specific accounts.

Strong understanding of ABM strategies, tapping into multiple channels — digital and outbound (webinars, direct mail, email, content syndication).

Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing operations and product teams.

Proficiency in data analysis, knowledge of SQL and Excel preferred.

Experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns and optimizing performance.

Annual Pay Range At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).

$175,000 - $195,000 USD
