Management Analyst II (HR Assistant) - CIVIL
CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst II to provide HR administrative support in the CIVIL Division of DOJ in Washington DC. Responsibilities
Provide direct support to the Human Resources Specialist. Create and process a variety of SF-52 Request for Personnel Actions using the National Finance Center (NFC). Monitor the personnel security inbox and upload certificate of investigations into the electronic official personnel folder (eOPF). Print within grade increase notices from NFC, send to the office for signature, and upload into eOPF. Create and update New Hire Checklists and employee documentation. Enter applicants into the onboarding system in USA Staffing. Send tentative and official offer letters to candidates. Track and save incoming new hire forms from candidates. Update the OHR tracker database with new hire information. Send orientation email to new employees and maintain communication throughout new hire process. Conduct E-Verify for new hires and complete the employee I-9 forms. Calculate service computation dates for new hires. Upload new hire documents into eOPF and scan hard copy folders as needed. Process employee performance awards and performance appraisals and upload appraisals into eOPF. Send exit clearance emails to separating employees and monitor exit clearance mailbox for any incoming exit forms from departing employees. Update departure database with exiting employees' information. Update spreadsheet and calendar. Save completed exit forms into employees' folders. Answer questions as needed from separating employees. Prepare SF-75s for employees going to another agency. Complete SF-52s for departing employees and process personnel actions. Qualifications
Ability to successfully complete the CGI Background Investigation to include: 50 State Education and Employment checks; additionally, your ability to successfully complete a Credit and/or Driving Records check may be conducted if required by the contract for continued employment Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship and an ability to obtain an MRPT clearance is required. Hourly Rate: $28.79/hour Benefits and Additional Information

The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
