Overview
Our Client, a Real Estate and Financial Services company, is looking for a Business Analyst Specialist for their McLean, VA location.
Responsibilities
Manage the configuration and testing for various technology implementations.
Perform data analysis of systems that feed into third party office systems and identify gaps and any transformations needed.
Understand and articulate data lineage as the attributes move from source to target systems.
Create high quality artifacts that tell a story and can be converted to an actionable operational deployment plan:
BRDs
FRDs
Business Architecture diagrams
High-level Data Architecture diagrams
Process flow diagrams
Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to keep ongoing projects, new initiatives and research items on schedule.
Requirements
10 or more years of related analysis, testing and implementation experience.
1 or more years of OneTrust system implementation experience preferred.
8 or more years of experience in using enterprise tools like JIRA, MS Office suite and SharePoint.
Greater than 8 years of requirements analysis and mapping as-is to be process flows.
Greater than 5 years of experience in data analysis, using industry tools
SQL

Python
College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred
Strong quantitative, analytic, and management skills
Experience with technology and system implementation
Ability to communicate with technical as well as non-technical audiences to ensure quality solutions
A self-starter who can execute objectives and plans with minimal to no supervision.
Ability to scribe and keep on top of all decisions made; become the go-to person for internal and external stakeholders for system, process and data related questions.
Prior project management experience is preferred
Prior experience with third party risk management or the financial industry a plus
Prior experience with SaaS solution implementation is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Ability to develop, maintain, and cultivate effective relationships across divisions
Strong analytical skills
Flexible and adaptable
Experience working as business analyst in mortgage industry
Can interface between business and technical teams
Understanding of end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies
