Job Sub Function: Strategic Marketing

Responsibilities

Build and lead portfolio analysis and collate disease area analysis to support strategic decision making in collaboration with Global Commercial Insights Leaders and R&D portfolio team.

Communicate, coordinate and project manage global initiatives. Create comprehensive, cross-functional plans for key projects in partnership with business and regional owners. Execute and track progress to plan and report outcomes to leadership. Example projects may include supporting marketing excellence and market shaping rollout, Immunology leadership narrative, etc.

Support GCSO immunology commercial operations, proactively identify continuous process improvements (e.g., Business plan).

Develop and leverage project management tools and KPIs for the global immunology TA.

Partner with regions and global stakeholders on strategic processes (annual budget planning, strategic & operational projects).

Drive best practice sharing across stakeholder groups and track KPI performance (e.g., launch).

Effectively communicate across a variety of teams, regions and functions; provide timely updates to leadership.

Qualifications

BA/BS required; MS/MBA preferred.

5+ years of related experience required.

3+ years of experience in Pharma/Biotech required.

Demonstrated experience within and/or directly supporting Commercial pharmaceutical business.

Advanced communication and presentation skills required.

Ability to identify opportunities, develop business cases and pull through solutions.

Experience in creating cross-functional teams and structures to solve complex challenges.

Ability to influence senior leaders and colleagues at all levels of the organization.

Ability to identify and drive improvement in ways of working, GCI processes, tools and technology.

High curiosity, learning agility, and success solving ambiguous business issues.

Experience with PMO tools and data visualization or equivalent.

Launch experience with pre- and post-launch planning is preferred.
