Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, a Yum! Brands Co-op, is currently seeking a Manager to join the Food Procurement team. Overview of Position: This position provides strategy development and execution to the Further Processed Poultry Team supporting Yum! Brands (KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Habit Burger) and A&W. This person will have the opportunity to provide solutions to complex supply chain initiatives that will enable growth across Yum! Brands. Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote. Responsibilities

Lead, Develop, Align, and Implement Supply Chain Strategies Drive value creation for Yum! Brands and A&W; develop, negotiate and implement procurement strategies and contingency plans with Brand Food Innovation Teams, QA, Operations, Marketing, Finance, RSCS Operations, Commodity Risk Management, Suppliers, Distributors and Franchisees. Develop forward-looking cost models and provide timely and accurate forecasting for assigned COGS; review and revise all cost components and update COGS system regularly. Analyze cost components through detailed cost bar analysis for raw materials, packaging, labor, manufacturing, logistics and distribution. Drive category strategies and execute sourcing events to ensure supply and margin improvement; deliver supply chain efficiencies. Develop and maintain supplier relationships; execute contractual agreements and ensure legal documents are in place. Collaborate with Brand Food Innovation, Development and Quality Assurance to drive innovation and commercialization of new products. Support RSCS Operations with procurement expertise in developing supply chain strategies and contingency planning for market tests and national calendar initiatives across all Brands. Work with RSCS Risk Management/Commodity Team to identify margin improvement opportunities and manage risk; reflect market positions in product costs. Collaborate with RSCS US and International Program Management teams to support base business and promotional needs; coordinate sourcing events for assigned items as requested. Manage administrative processes including Cost of Goods Plan, Restaurants Margin Improvement, Supplier Diversity, Global Pricing System, RFP tools, and Technology Fees for assigned categories; maintain GPS and other software as it relates to supplier terms, item setup, pricing, and freight. Lead with RSCS WC2 values and drive business solutions accordingly. Education, Experience and Skills

Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field required; Master\'s or MBA preferred. Minimum 5-7 years experience in Procurement, Operations, Program Management, Finance, and/or Supply Chain; minimum 5 years procurement experience. Experience in food/packaging manufacturing, restaurant/QSR or CPG industry; poultry experience a plus. Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environment; attention to detail. Strong financial acumen with P&L, budget, ROI, asset investment and margin management. Experience in developing and executing long-term strategic strategies; ability to communicate strategy at all levels. Superior organizational skills; ability to collaborate, influence cross-functional stakeholders. Proactive, data-driven decision-making; ability to adapt to change; presentation skills; travel less than 25%. Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Seniorities
