Responsibilities Process and monitor accounts payable expenses, follow up with disputes and reconcile with payments, allocate monthly budget for operational activities, and provide reports on monthly book closing accruals to accounting. Manage vendors by providing general guidance on LG policies, vendor registration, coordinate with vendors, and implement quality improvements in vendor performance. Be the main point of contact for cafeteria lunch services, communicate with employees on lunch-related updates, and manage the food service vendor. Manage employee EV charging process and policy through regular communication with employees; monitor the automated EV charging platform by collaborating with the platform development team (ThinQ). Execute ad hoc project implementations and support other team members’ projects as needed with data acquisition, analysis, and administrative support. Be the main point of contact for building operations related inquiries as part of the team for employees and tenants, and draft announcements for official communication with North America Headquarters employees. Translate team objectives and strategies into detailed requirements of executable deliverables by effectively utilizing all available resources. Assist in creating both English and Korean reports for Management and Korea HQ.
