Build clear goals, structure and measurement rules for the Business Intelligence team to streamline processes and increase workflow effectiveness and efficiency. Collaborate with multi-functional leaders to identify new business opportunities and/or partnerships and provide related analyses and optimization plans. Develop data solutions to enable the team and the business to succeed. Communicate complex information effectively to all levels of leadership, technology, business, and finance using advanced insights and data visualizations. Improve decision-making processes through innovative problem-solving and data-driven analysis. Education and Work Experience
Bachelor\'s Degree in STEM Master\'s/Advanced Degree in STEM (Preferred) 4-7 years of experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI 4-7 years of experience in advanced analytics including SQL/ETL of complex datasets, competitive analysis, and quantitative analysis research (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Data analysis expertise with technical tools (Data Visualization; SQL; automation; report/metric build; algorithms/modeling; cloud-native systems for data such as AWS/GCP/Azure/Snowflake) Strategic mindset with the ability to work through ambiguity and guide the team on next steps; ability to contribute to a coherent strategic vision Strong change management skills and the ability to communicate broadly to internal teams Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to turn findings into executable plans Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, especially related to conveying data insights Compensation and Benefits
Base Pay Range: $102,900 - $185,600 Corporate Bonus Target: 15% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The actual starting pay will be based on location, qualifications, and experience. At T-Mobile, employees in regular roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic incentives based on role.
