Assist the Store Manager in establishing and maintaining Guest Services and in managing store operations. Contribute to achieving maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures. Support implementation of store initiatives and ensure compliance with all company requirements. Qualifications
Minimum age of 18. Prior retail and/or management experience required. Physical demands include standing for an extended period (in excess of 8 hours), walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Employer Information
