Monday - Thursday shift options with mandatory overtime generally every other Friday:
1st Shift:
5:30AM - 3:30PM
Pay:
$22.50 per hour 2nd Shift:
3:30PM - 1:30AM
Pay:
$24.50 per hour ($22.50 + $2 differential rate)
Friday - Sunday Weekend shift option, enjoy 4 days off each week! 6:00AM - 6:00PM
Pay: $26.50 per hour ($22.50 + $4 differential rate)
Key Responsibilities: Accurately read, sort, and process complete orders of Marvin windows and doors. Efficiently load products manually into trucks in a safe and organized manner. Ensure the accuracy of scanned products being loaded onto trucks. Occasionally use a forklift for moving and delivering parts within the facility. Document department data accurately and complete necessary paperwork. Take responsibility for maintaining or repairing shipping carts and racking. Utilize various tools and equipment such as power hand tools, scanners, and computers. Collaborate closely with your team and supervisor to identify and solve mechanical or defective material issues. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: Ability to lift and carry items ranging from 10 lbs. to 80 lbs. and push/pull up to 85 lbs. Comfortable bending, twisting, stooping, and climbing. High school diploma or GED. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse team. Proven work ethic and the ability to work independently with attention to detail. Basic computer skills and previous forklift operation experience are preferred.
