The Epic Consumer organization is responsible for all strategy, go-to-market and commercial efforts that make Epic Games a world-class leader in building the future of entertainment. What You\'ll Do Epic Games is looking for a strategic and forward-thinking leader to support the Consumer organization, partnering across Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, Engagement, Monetization, and GTM teams. In this highly visible role, you\'ll work closely with senior leadership to drive alignment, shape priorities, and lead cross-functional initiatives that fuel growth. You\'ll operate at both the strategic and executional level—translating vision into actionable plans, managing key operating rhythms, and driving results across the organization. In this role, you will Lead Strategic Planning & Priority Alignment: Partner directly with Consumer leadership to define, structure, and drive strategic priorities and planning efforts. Ensure these priorities reflect business objectives, are translated into clear workstreams, and are executed with a bias for action and measurable outcomes Drive Execution of Strategic Initiatives Across Consumer Functions: Own and advance high-priority Fortnite initiatives across marketing, communications, partnerships, monetization, and product. Bring structure and momentum to efforts in motion: clarifying goals, aligning stakeholders, tracking progress, and removing blockers to accelerate delivery Incubate and Stand Up New Growth Efforts: Identify and lead the creation of net-new initiatives identified by Epic\'s leadership to unlock player and business growth. Define the problem, shape the strategic thesis, build cross-functional alignment, and operationalize quickly Leverage Data and Insights to Shape Strategy: Assess Epic\'s competitive landscape by connecting insights across functions to identify risks and opportunities, guiding long-term planning. Contribute to market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and the integration of internal and external data Run Business Operations: Design and lead the operating rhythm for the Consumer org, including leadership team meetings, planning forums, quarterly reviews, and integrated enterprise check-ins. Be data-driven and fluent in KPIs to track progress against growth and priorities Create Faster Integration and Cohesion: Act as a trusted thought partner to Consumer executives, bringing clarity and movement to top-priority issues that span teams or require urgent executive-level problem-solving Communicate with Clarity and Connect Strategy to Culture: Collaborate on executive-level communications, pre-reads, and presentations to clarify direction and align teams, upholding a high quality bar for internal and external outputs What\'s required 10+ years across product management, strategy, or consulting with a track record of impact in consumer-facing environments Strategic and analytical thinker with strong business judgment; able to synthesize data, player insights, and qualitative inputs to guide decision-making Deep curiosity for consumer behavior, player engagement, and product dynamics; experience in consumer digital products (engagement, retention, monetization) Excellent communicator and collaborative, with the ability to influence across executive, product, and operational teams Comfort operating in ambiguity and matrixed environments; able to drive alignment and remove blockers Technically fluent and highly organized; proficient with Google Slides, Miro, Keynote, Airtable, Asana, Slack, and Tableau Passionate about AI and familiar with tools and automation platforms that drive efficiency and growth Experience in gaming, entertainment, or consumer tech with a focus on player-centric decision-making Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, matrixed organizations; capable of developing executive-level communications and driving accountability MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred This role is open to multiple locations across the US (including CA, NYC, & WA). Pay Transparency Information The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who will work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on factors including skills, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. Most employees are eligible to participate in Epic\'s benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to plan terms).
