Overview

Fall 2026 Co-op - Supply Chain Analyst at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), part of a raw materials management team supporting numerous key business partners. The team ensures continued raw material support for manufacturing, commercial, new product development, and other core functions in an efficient and agile manner. The role offers the opportunity to influence optimization through analytical and data resource enhancements. Shift/Schedule

The KDP 2026 Fall Co-op Program runs from July 13 – December 11, 2026, full-time (40 hours per week), Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Hybrid work arrangement. Responsibilities

Extract, analyze, and manipulate data sets to gain tactical insights Lead stakeholder feedback sessions to ensure solutions meet business needs Develop and deploy dashboards to identify key trends, highlight critical risk points, and drive day-to-day optimization Program Elements

Engaging on innovative projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment Mentor support for professional development Meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders Professional development training such as networking, professional skills development, and presenting Complete a project from start to finish and present it to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight impact Total Rewards

$31.00 per hour Paid bi-weekly $5,000 Sign-on Bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment Requirements

Undergraduate student enrolled in a full-time program, majoring in Supply Chain Management or Business Management Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines Strong communication skills (listening, written, verbal) Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Tableau; SQL query ability preferred. Data visualization and dashboard creation experience a plus. Please note: This position is limited to individuals with permanent right to work in the United States.
