Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda is 100% committed to the professional and personal development of our family of associates. You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. We provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training to prepare you for success.
Responsibilities
Lead the operation of a single Panda restaurant, including staffing, supervision, and daily store performance.
Hire, coach, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Ensure compliance with Panda standards and policies while driving store results.
Participate in leadership training and development programs offered by Panda.
Qualifications
High school diploma required
Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have effective verbal communication skills, adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and manage conflicts/difficult situations.
