Store Manager position at Family Dollar located in Abiquiu, NM. This is a full-time role. Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability Oversee and delegate all store activities to ensure smooth daily operations Lead, train, and develop store associates to foster a culture of growth Provide every customer with a positive and enjoyable shopping experience Safeguard the company’s assets Build strong relationships with the community by actively engaging in outreach and partnerships Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, while enforcing company policies and procedures Implement operational and merchandising direction that is communicated from our corporate headquarters Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members Excellent communication skills Retail management experience is preferred Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting Perks and Benefits
