The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, fully immersing themselves in our brand, culture, and product, taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role provides support to the Store Manager and is instrumental to the store’s success. Spend quality time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and working with the team to drive sales. About The Team The ASM will deliver on-brand operations and customer experiences, partnering with the Store Manager to ensure the store runs smoothly and achieves its goals. Responsibilities

Create unforgettable shopping moments by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty. Coach and inspire the sales team, providing real-time feedback and guidance to help the team achieve KPI goals. Foster authentic connections with customers to build loyal fans beyond transactions. Build the network and attract talent for Pandora across seasonal and core hiring, including Sales Associates and Sales Leads. Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand operation. All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
You demonstrate you’re a results-oriented leader with at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment. You communicate with care, both written and verbal, and connect with people at all levels of the organization. You have strong business acumen and analytical thinking that delivers positive results. You manage time effectively, prioritizing and delegating tasks as needed. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and retail point of sale systems. You are at least 18 years old and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. A flexible work schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds; timely arrival to work.
