JOB SUMMARY

This role supports core Supply Chain technologies, including WMS, G2P, TMS, SCADA, and related logistics systems.

As part of a collaborative Level 3 support and analysis team, you will contribute to root cause investigations, interpret system logs, support incident resolution, and partner with Build and L2 teams to strengthen long-term system stability.

Ideal candidates are curious problem-solvers who are eager to investigate issues without a predefined playbook. They bring technical fluency in areas such as PL/SQL, Java, and enterprise system architecture, and are comfortable working in fast-paced, operational environments.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with investigations into system incidents, working with senior analysts and SMEs to identify root cause and corrective actions. Analyze system logs, traces, and service behavior across multiple supply chain platforms. Collaborate with Build teams and developers to resolve defects and improve visibility. Handle escalations from L2 support with guidance from senior team members. Contribute to technical documentation, incident reports, and stability recommendations. Participate in monitoring and alerting improvements. Develop and maintain working knowledge of system architecture, application behavior, and operational priorities. Partner with other IT teams to develop and maintain dashboards to monitor system health. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a preference for candidates who combine strong communication and analytical skills with technical experience. Certification / Licensure

Certifications such as ITIL 4, Oracle PL/SQL, Azure Admin, or PMI-ACP are a plus. Work Experience

4+ years of experience in technical environments involving systems troubleshooting, analysis, or application support. Experience with enterprise supply chain platforms (e.g., WMS, TMS, SCADA) is highly desirable. Background in Agile, DevOps, or fast-paced operational environments is an advantage. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new tools quickly. Effective communicator in collaborative or incident-driven settings. Experience bridging gaps between developers, infrastructure teams, and support is a plus.

The anticipated salary range for this position: $96,200.00 - $144,560.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
