Overview
The Business Partner role provides leadership to our business-owner clients and our internal team of experts. This person must demonstrate strong business acumen, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a genuine desire to proactively and consistently deliver results for our clients and internal teams. The BBSI Business Partner is responsible for leading a multi-million dollar business unit that consults on a broad range of organizational development and operational issues. The primary objective is to lead a team of subject matter experts in delivery of high-impact solutions that grow revenue and profits for small to mid-size clients and to partner with client business owners to accelerate growth, reduce loss, and build better companies. The Business Partner will collaborate with client companies to educate, advise, and influence them on matters involving, but not limited to, cultural development, change management, strategic planning, and growth strategy. This position is a full time, exempt position that reports to the Area Manager and works in partnership with other positions within the business unit and branch. Responsibilities
Lead a multi-million dollar business unit and a team of subject matter experts to deliver high-impact solutions. Grow revenue and profits for small to mid-size clients; partner with client owners to accelerate growth, reduce loss, and build better companies. Collaborate with client companies to educate, advise, and influence on cultural development, change management, strategic planning, and growth strategy. Manage client engagements across diverse industries with a consultative approach. Lead transformative projects with multiple clients; define strategic vision and deliver solutions addressing current and future business challenges. Align culture, vision, and strategy; coach and develop internal teams. Operate with an ownership mentality and maintain an entrepreneurial mindset. Communicate effectively with all organization levels; develop and deliver compelling presentations. Coach, mentor, and train team members; leverage a broad network for business development as appropriate. Maintain strong time management in a high-volume, complex environment. 10+ years of related business experience and P&L responsibility; Six Sigma (Black or Green Belt) or equivalent certification beneficial. Extensive knowledge of MS Office; travel to client locations (roughly 80% of time). Qualifications
At least 10 years of related business experience. Ability to lead transformative projects across diverse industries. Strong strategic vision, ability to deliver competitive solutions. Proven track record in leading high-performance teams. Excellent communication skills; ability to write, develop, and deliver presentations to all levels. Coaching, mentoring, and training experience. Extensive client-facing or business development experience preferred. Roughly 80% time spent with clients at their location; strong MS Office proficiency. Salary and Benefits
The starting salary range for this position is $110,000-$120,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography, skills, education, experience, certifications, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for incentive pay under the Company’s plan.
