of a diverse Loan portfolio from draft, close, KYC, Deal Build and on going servicing Operational analysis

of proposed transactions with strategic recommendations Stakeholder coordination

across internal teams and external service providers Systems & Operations Excellence Platform ownership : LoanIQ and peripheral loan management systems Data integrity : Maintain accuracy across all loan administration platforms Approval authority : Loan administration activities and system implementations Process optimization : Lead change initiatives and operational improvements Strategic Administration Portfolio monitoring : Ongoing administration of bilateral and syndicated deals Risk oversight : Ensure compliance and operational risk mitigation Reporting excellence : Deliver comprehensive portfolio and performance analytics Staff development : Mentor and grow team members' capabilities Performance management : Drive accountability and professional growth Cultural leadership : Foster collaborative, high-performance environment What You Bring to the Table 8-10+ years

in financial or professional services in similar capacity Bachelor's degree

in accounting, economics, finance, or business LoanIQ expertise

(or equivalent corporate loan management systems) Portfolio management
