Overview

The Senior Functional Consultant will lead the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (D365 SCM) solutions. This role is responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable, efficient supply chain processes using D365, while guiding clients through the full lifecycle of ERP deployment. Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture supply chain needs. Document functional requirements and map them to D365 SCM capabilities. Solution Design & Configuration: Configure D365 modules and standard processes aligned to meet client’s functional requirements. Write functional design documents where necessary to resolve a requirement gap not supported through standard capabilities. Implementation & Testing: Assist with data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Develop test cases and validate system functionality against business goals. Training & Support: Train client business process leads and assist with functional documentation. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues. Project Leadership: Serve as a functional lead on ERP projects, coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives. Continuous Improvement: Recommend process enhancements and automation opportunities. Stay current with Microsoft updates and industry best practices. Qualifications

Education & Certification

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Expert (e.g., MB-330, MB-335). Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience implementing D365 F&SCM or similar ERP systems. Proven success in leading functional workstreams and delivering ERP solutions. Skills

Deep understanding of supply chain operations and ERP systems. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps. Preferred Attributes
