Business Analyst

to help transform our community platforms and guide a smooth transition to Hivebrite. In this role, you’ll partner with product, engineering, design, and operations teams to turn ideas into clear requirements, streamline delivery, and ensure measurable outcomes. Your work will directly support our integration efforts and shape the future of how our communities engage. Responsibilities

Gather and align requirements: Work closely with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business needs; challenge assumptions and ensure alignment with overall strategy. Community platform knowledge: Apply expertise across key areas such as forums, events, messaging, moderation, gamification, and role/permission structures. Support user experience design: Build personas, map customer journeys, and collaborate on early prototypes to refine requirements. Visualize processes and data: Create workflows, use cases, and data models to illustrate how systems interact throughout the development cycle. Leverage data for insights: Use analytics and reporting tools to evaluate performance, spot patterns, and turn findings into actionable recommendations. Improve delivery practices: Write clear user stories with defined acceptance criteria to support efficient handoffs and smooth execution. Maintain documentation and compliance: Keep requirements up to date, track changes, and ensure all documentation is audit-ready. Coordinate project activities: Monitor priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies to keep work on track and stakeholders informed. Support testing and launches: Create and validate test scenarios, resolve issues, and manage go-live checklists and training. Manage change and communications: Oversee rollout plans, stakeholder updates, adoption tracking, and feedback collection. Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology or product-focused environments. Hands-on experience with community platforms or online engagement features. Strong facilitation, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills, including working with external vendors. Background in integration projects. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Ability to produce clear artifacts such as workflows, use cases, data models, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create polished documentation and executive-level updates. Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of SSO, CMS/CRM/CDP integrations, and event tracking. Knowledge of data privacy, governance, and compliance practices. Exposure to tools such as Figma, Miro, Lucid, Google Analytics, or Postman.
