Position Overview:
We are looking to add an Associate Clinic Director, BCBA to our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the lives of children with autism and their families, with a commitment to a gold-standard implementation of the science of ABA and data-driven analyses. Responsibilities
Day-to-day support in clinic Support community building within clinic Conducting interviews Participating in outreach events Review operational dashboards and work with the Clinic Director to improve opportunities Review intake packets and support client/BCBA pairings Attend weekly caseload planning meetings Participate in 1:1 supervision meetings with BCBAs and Clinic Directors Lead RBT performance conversations Develop skills to move to an Associate Clinic Director (Level 2) Skills gained: team leadership, clinic ownership, culture building, building capacity, BCBA supervision, operational knowledge, KBH values Job Eligibility / Qualifications
BCBA credentialed for at least 2 years Strong foundation in all clinical KPI metrics In good standing on BCBA metrics including but not limited to: attributable and client service hours, cancellation trends, POC timeliness and quality, conversion rates, and RBT supervision rates Benefits / Compensation
