Location: Tallahassee, Florida Job type: Contract Salary: 60 - 70 per hour Work hours: 8am to 5pm Education: No Degree Required Position: Senior Project Manager — IT / Change Management The Senior Project Manager serves as the principal line of communication for the project team. This role leads organizational change initiatives, develops and executes change management strategies, and ensures alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations. The incumbent manages risks, budgets, artifacts, and stakeholder communications to deliver on-time and on-budget project outcomes while maintaining compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Responsibilities

Lead organizational change initiatives aligned with project goals and stakeholder expectations. Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and activities. Facilitate change readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, and communication plans. Manage resistance and build commitment to change through engagement and training strategies. Develop and manage resource-loaded and leveled projects; maintain project metrics per department standards. Provide hands-on leadership for complex projects ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Serve as a liaison with users and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Provide progress reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders and executive leadership. Manage and coordinate multi-project teams and initiatives to meet overall objectives. Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication. Facilitate joint application development (JAD) sessions and gather business requirements. Maintain all project artifacts by PMO standards; ensure compliance with Rule 60GG-1, F.A.C. Document As-Is and To-Be processes as part of business analysis and process improvement initiatives. Identify and manage risks and issues; develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Provide issue-tracking and resolution strategies to keep the project on track. Manage project spending plans and allocate resources; track project expenses to ensure budget alignment. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or four (4) years of equivalent work experience (education substitute allowed on a year-for-year basis). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Five (5) or more years managing large-scale projects with multiple diverse teams. Five (5) or more years of experience in change management methodologies, strategies, and implementation. Five (5) or more years using project management software (Microsoft Project, Primavera, Jira). Five (5) or more years of experience with PMO methodologies and documentation. Five (5) or more years of risk and issue management; meetings facilitation and documentation; and presenting status reports. Ability to manage and coordinate project teams, lead complex projects, and meet objectives; strong written and verbal communication skills. Level II Background Check required. Preferred Qualifications

Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci) preferred. Certification in Agile or Scrum-based Project Management. ITIL Service Management Foundations certification. Experience with large, distributed user bases; state government projects; vendor management; and IT standards in a criminal justice environment. Negotiation, mediation, facilitation, and team-building skills; high-energy, proactive work ethic. Proficiency with ServiceNow, Smartsheet, and DocuSign. Additional
